What is Flux AI?
Flux AI is a transformer-based diffusion model developed by Black Forest Labs, founded by ex-Stability AI core researchers. The Germany-based team ships three variants: Flux Pro (closed-source, highest quality), Flux Dev (open-weight, non-commercial), Flux Schnell (Apache 2.0 license, fast).

3. ComfyUI / local: Flux Dev or Schnell run locally on a 24GB+ VRAM GPU. They drop into existing Stable Diffusion workflows almost 1:1.
Prompt Engineering — Flux-Specific Tips
Natural language works: Flux prefers descriptive natural sentences over Midjourney's --ar, --style parameters.
In-image text: Flux is more reliable than DALL-E 3 at rendering real text inside images — signs, product labels, headlines.
No negative prompts: State what you want clearly. "No blur, no watermark" is less effective than describing the desired scene precisely.

Photorealism: Flux Pro produces the most natural human portraits. Midjourney V6 is stylized, DALL-E 3 average.
Text accuracy: Flux > DALL-E 3 > Midjourney. If your ad needs slogans or product names rendered, Flux is reliable.
Aesthetic: Midjourney still wins for fashion and art editorials. Flux is more useful for commercial product and campaign imagery.
