PAM Istanbul is a production company based in Istanbul, operating since 2017. We work with advertising agencies as a white-label production partner and with brands as a full-service creative and production team from brief to delivery. Our Seyrantepe studio, in-house photographers and directors, and 195+ completed projects span fashion, food, automotive and advertising.

/ Selection Guide
Istanbul has no shortage of production companies. Most will tell you what they can do. Fewer have done it before. These six questions help separate the two.
Companies with their own studio avoid third-party rental costs and logistics. Can they also shoot on location?
Fashion experience doesn't automatically carry over to food. Each sector has its own lighting logic, pacing and delivery expectations. Ask for references in your category.
Are the photographer, director and art director in-house, or assembled fresh each time from freelancers? The latter introduces inconsistency.
Camera and lighting quality directly affects production cost. Know what is included in the quote and what comes as an add-on.
How long does post-production take? How many revision rounds are included? Get these in writing before you sign.
If you are white-labelling production, confirm upfront whether the company will contact your end client directly. It should not.
/ For agencies
When agencies outsource production, the main concerns are reliability and confidentiality. We never contact your end client — that's not a policy we mention in passing, it's how we've always operated. You stay the sole point of contact.
NDAs are routine. We match your invoicing format, delivery folder structure and preferred communication channel. We have worked this way with Istanbul-based agencies for years and it works.
/ White-label workflow
NDA with end client as standard
Invoicing in the agency's name or per preference
Delivery folder structure matched to agency systems

/ How a project runs
Goals, format, tone and budget. The clearer this is, the more accurate the quote.
Shoot concept, moodboard and production plan. We revise until you approve.
Set build, lighting, direction, styling — all from us. You can observe or not; it runs either way.
Retouching, colour grading, editing. Delivery format agreed from the start.
Coming without an agency means you want a single point of contact. We take the brief, propose a creative direction, lock the budget, shoot and deliver — post-production included. You approve at the key stages; we handle the rest.
The practical benefit: you don't have to find a photographer, a director and a production coordinator separately. You know the same people from kickoff to final file.
